Roof Replacement in Enfield, CT

This home in Enfield, CT was in need of a roof replacement due to signs of aging. To start this project we tore away one existing layer of roofing materials. Then we cleaned up all debris, including using a magnetic roller to ensure nail cleanup.

Then, we installed 6 feet of IKO Gold Shield Ice & Water Barrier to protect the roof from elements. Next we install a Stormtite Synthetic Underlayment to repel water. For shingles, we installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System using IKO Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the Glacier colorway. To finish this job, we replaced the chimney flashing.
