Roof Replacement in Enfield, CT

This home in Enfield, CT was in need of a roof replacement due to signs of wear and aging. To start this project we tore away one existing layer of roofing materials. Then we cleaned up all debris, including using a magnetic roller to ensure nail cleanup. We then evaluated the condition of the roof deck and discovered that there were 7 damaged sheets of plywood decking that were we needed to replace.

We then installed 6 feet of IKO Gold Shield Ice & Water Barrier to protect the roof from elements. Next we install a Stormtite Synthetic Underlayment to repel water. For shingles, we installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System using IKO Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the Charcoal Grey colorway. To finish this job, we replaced the chimney flashing. This home is now complete and picture perfect thanks to Klaus Roofing by Fogarty's Home Services.
